Carson Cotterell is the Customer Onboarding and Success Manager, supporting various aspects of New Level Work's (formerly BetterManager) operations and customer success initiatives.
She specializes in customer onboarding, project management, and logistics. Her day-to-day responsibilities include contracting, new customer on-boarding, supporting the sales team, and optimizing client success within BetterManager's suite of programs.
A Milwaukee native, Carson graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Sport and Entertainment Management.
