Patrick Reyes

Patrick Reyes, CEO of New Level Work (formerly BetterManager) PH, handles the development of the client base and operations for the Philippine market. Patrick has been part of BetterManager since 2020. Patrick serves as a Partner in Catalyst Asia. He has also held General Manager positions in United Health Group’s Research & Development Business Unit, AboitizLand and CitizensHealth in the US and in Asia. He has also held Strategy and Corporate Finance-related line or consultant positions in the US and in Asia in his stints at Aboitiz Equity Ventures and Bain & Company.

Patrick graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management and from Harvard University with a Master of Business Administration. Patrick seeks to live life with the courage to take brave actions in face of clearly assessed risks, and to always accept the consequences of his actions and to be at peace. Patrick is part of the BetterManager family because he always wants to try to make each day a better day than the day before for his chosen communities, and BetterManager is one vehicle that enables that wish.
