Susan has a deep, heartfelt interest in motivating and inspiring others to discover and maximize their potential. She coaches her clients in leadership presence, management skills, work transition and career advancement. She empowers them to build the self-confidence and resilience required to overcome difficult work situations and make informed and impactful decisions that, ultimately, alleviate stress and uncertainty. 

With over twenty years of experience as an educational and information technology executive and leader and over thirty years of experience as a teacher and professor, Susan brings an expertise in creative problem-solving and design thinking to guide her clients in recognizing and reimagining what constitutes a fulfilling life, both personally and professionally. 

Susan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1000 hours of experience. She coaches across a wide breadth of disciplines and industries working with individuals at all levels in their careers. Susan is based in Southern California.
