Cindy Hoffman is an Executive Coach with over 20 years of business management and leadership experience in the technology sector. Working for Cisco, British Telecom and several start-up ventures, she has become known as a leader who develops high performing teams and has a knack for noticing and fostering individual talent.
Cindy has partnered with business leaders to create strategies that will more effectively engage individuals and teams using industry-recognized assessments, customized learning, and 1:1 and team coaching. Cindy brings a curious, open-minded, “all-in” style to her coaching sessions. She ensures that she has a clear understanding of what the client desires and is ardent in supporting and challenging each client to achieve desired outcomes.
Cindy holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development. She is certified as a professional coach by CTI. Cindy is based in the Bay Area.
