



Debra Lamfers
Debra brings over 20 years of experience as a Leadership Coach and entrepreneur working with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, and marketing. Debra engages leaders to focus on increasing their capacity to manage change and leveraging the talent of their teams. Her clients know that they can trust her to listen, to challenge, and to act as a catalyst to support them as they work toward their goals.
She volunteers with the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN), coaching clients at the United Nations in numerous countries, including Spain, Hungary, and Zimbabwe. Debra is also a mentor for SHE-CAN, a nonprofit connecting professional women in the U.S. with young female leaders from post-conflict countries to win college scholarships and become agents of change.
Debra is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from The Coaches Training Institute. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
