Dr. Maddisen K. Krown is a seasoned Professional Coach and Leadership Consultant who has integrated her 20+ years of learning & development and organizational leadership experiences into her coaching and consulting work with executives, managers, teams, and individuals throughout the U.S. and internationally. Maddisen is dedicated to the success and wellbeing of her clients.
She has worked with Fortune Global 500, start-up, and private organizations, in a range of industries including high tech, data management, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, media & entertainment, communications, and education. Clients have included the J. Paul Getty Trust, SAP, Warner Bros., Kaiser Permanente, PIMCO, Nestlé USA, Chegg, SurveyMonkey, among others.
She is a founding board member with the School of Lost Borders, a non-profit offering ecopsychology and rites of passage in nature programs, and has volunteered as an emotional health and communication educator for incarcerated women.
Maddisen holds a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in Computer Science & Technical Writing. She is a graduate of the certified Life & Leadership Coach Training Program (I & II) and is completing a certificate in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health. She currently resides in Florida.
