Noa Carniel
Noa is a long-time Software Engineering director in high-tech. She is experienced in managing large organizations located in multiple countries, delivering various end-to-end products to enterprise and public safety customers.
On top of her engineering work, Noa is a certified CTI coach and has been coaching and mentoring new and mid-level managers for over 10 years. Noa also teaches a variety of leadership and management classes as well as a yearly Software Engineering academic course to 3rd year Engineering College students.
Noa volunteers in STEM activities for high schools with “Education for Excellence,” a non-profit organization, and is a judge and a mentor at the National Science and Technology Competition.
Noa is based in Israel and coaches in both Hebrew and English.
